To respect the time of all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be noted on your client profile. • No-shows and repeated last-minute cancellations will require a deposit for future bookings. • If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. • Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
